Within 1 – 2 working days for normal processing order we will send visa approval letter via email. For rush service or very few special order, we will deal time to get visa letter via email. We always send visa approval letter before deadline.

How to correct information
– After the payment, you will receive email confirmation for your visa order, if you found any error or mistake, just reply to that email or you can send an email request to info@vietnamimmigraton.com to ask for correction. We will update and correct as per your request.

– After got visa letter via from us, if you found any error or mistake in the letter, please email to us immediately to ask for correct and we will do it.

– After pick up your visa on arrival at the airports, please check it carefully and ask to correct immediately if any mistake found. You have no chance to amend after exit passport control.
