90 Thợ Nhuộm was the house of a very French official who remained oblivious to the fact that between May and August 1930 Trần Phú (1904-1931), first General Secretary of the Indochinese Communist Party (Đông Dương Cộng sản Đảng), lived, worked and held political meetings in his basement. Nowadays, it is run by the Hà Nội Vestiges and Beauty Spot Management Board.
