This historical house is under the Hanoi Office of Museums’ management. This is one of four houses where once were used to be headquarters of the Vietnam Revolutionary Youth Association (Việt Nam Cách Mạng Thanh niên Hội). It was also the place where the Indochinese Communist Party (Đông Dương Cộng sản Đảng) was established and a Manifesto drawn in March 1929.
