The approval letter is the compulsory document that cannot miss when visitors want to get landing visa at the Vietnamese airport. It is an official letter which is approved and red signed by Vietnam Immigration Department, and it allowed the applicants get visa on arrival when they land the airports.

In the letter, the information of applicants is showed with the allowance: “these below people are accepted to get visa landing at international airport”. When the applicant has this letter, it also means that he has the full ability to get visa when arriving Vietnam airport.

How To Have The Approval Letter Of Visa Vietnam?

The approval letter is applied online through website of Vietnam travel agent. What applicants need to do is fill in the application form online and make payment. The online application form requires applicant fill in: nationality, full name, date of birth, gender, passport number and date of expiry, type of visa, purpose of visit, email. After full filling these information, applicant make payment online and wait for two working days to get the letter through email.

The approval letter is in JPG or PDF format. When receiving the approval letter, applicants must recheck all information inside and print it out. And then they can use it to get visa landing when coming to Vietnam.
