Foreign visitors with visa approval letter and entry permit will be allowed to enter Vietnam and quarantine at quarantine hotels approved by the health ministry. If you enter Vietnam by plane at Noi Bai airport (Hanoi city), you will be asked to quarantine in Hanoi city. You need to contact the quarantine hotel and book the hotel and register for a quarantine service at the hotel before you arrive in Vietnam.
